Reporting to the CEO, the General Manager provides leadership to the growing and diverse NuTerra portfolio. The General Manager will focus on strengthening the company’s position in the marketplace through business growth, client retention, and talent management. Additionally, the General Manager will be responsible for identifying short-term business opportunities and for developing a 5-year strategic plan.

This role requires a high client service orientation and a proven track record of leading successful teams, combined with strong communication, operations, and business development skills. The position is based in Vancouver, BC.

• Deliver service excellence to clients by building and promoting a values-based culture within the team, supported by effective and consistent systems and processes
• Maximize efficiency and profitability through continuous improvement projects and optimized portfolio allocations
• Develop, grow and lead a skilled, attracting the best talent in the industry and providing direction and coaching
• Grow the business by developing opportunities with potential clients, collaborating with the business development team on pitches and plans, and ensuring retention of existing accounts.

• 10 years of management experience that includes leading an operating business unit with full profit and loss responsibility. 
• License: rental real estate (Preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• You enjoy identifying opportunities to improve processes, develop business, and partner with internal and external stakeholders.

The IT Technician will support our team to ensure that the network and servers are running efficiently. If you are interested in becoming an integral member of our team, we want to hear from you. 

• Deliver IT professional services (e.g. cloud services, security services, infrastructure services, networking services, etc).
• Understand the end-user requirements, gather data, interview clients, facilitate workshops, prioritize recommendations, write reports, perform presentations, defend ideas, budget costs for implementation, project planning, risk assessments.
• Work closely with the Business Development Officer, to assist with services lines, help desk, service technicians, applications development, web, networking, enterprise applications, and cloud.

• Minimum 1 year of IT Architect.
• Consulting and/or Infrastructure experience.
• Knowledge of SANs, networking, VLANs, IPSec, extensive experience with Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM), Windows 10, Intune, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, RADIUS, IIS, RDS.
• Hands-on experience in architecting, deploying, upgrading, administering, and troubleshooting issues with VMware.
• Fluent in English - Speaking, and Writing.

Marketing specialist is responsible for managing brand promotions, maintaining website content, and ensuring a best in class digital experience for online customers.

• Manage and execute brand promotions to help drive eCommerce growth, track and report on the performance of promotional campaigns and initiatives
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather creative assets and content, assist with website content maintenance and product catalog uploads
• Monitor industry trends and share the latest digital insights & advances in digital marketing with the team, work with the Director of Marketing and external partners to track, measure and provide insight on the performance of digital campaigns

• 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing and eCommerce.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• An analytical mind that understands the value of testing and measurement of marketing efforts.
• Ability to think creatively and critically in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects and priorities.
• Graphic design experience (proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Digital marketing skills and analytics platforms familiarity (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, etc)
